In 2011, Marine moved to the United States with her husband and daughter. She left behind her homeland, her family, and friends, to start a new life. As she began this new life from scratch, her determination and hard work gave her the courage to put aside her career in health and nursing, and to follow her lifelong passion of art, nails, and manicuring.
Growing up as a young child in Armenia, Marine Poghosyan has always been known to have a vibrant personality. During her free time, she would spend hours creating handmade masterpieces of art, however, she never imaged that her passion for art and handmade work would ever turn into a personal business.
In 2011, Marine moved to the United States with her husband and daughter. She left behind her homeland, her family, and friends, to start a new life. As she began this new life from scratch, her determination and hard work gave her the courage to put aside her career in health and nursing, and to follow her lifelong passion of art, nails, and manicuring.
In 2013, now a young mother of two, Marine continued to follow her dream even if it was not an easy journey, yet she never gave up. With the support of her loving husband, her two friends Lusine and Liana, and her determination to secure a prosperous future for her kids, Marine was able to quit her previous jobs and rent her own space in Suzanne’s Salon, where she worked there for 4 years.
Three years after her move to America, Marine earned her Manicuring and Cosmetologist licenses. In 2020, although COVID-19 got in her way, Marine was finally able to achieve her lifelong dream and start renovating her own beauty salon, known as Marine’s Nail Beauty Secret.
Fast forward to 2021, Marine is now living her dream and running her own business, ready to help all her customers to achieve their beauty goals.
